Shipping policy

USA Orders:

All order within the US will have shipping calculated at checkout and are shipped via UPS and door to door private shipping depending on the size of your piece and location.

Each product type order-to-shipping time varies:

• Originals are prepped and shipped within 2 days of your order being placed. If a custom frame is ordered, then the order would be shipped within 7-14 business days.
• Prints: rolled prints are shipped within 5 business days, framed and/or canvased prints are shipped within 7-14 days.
• Commissions: varies by requested design. Please allow 3 days for painting to cure after final approval before shipping.

Orders in the USA can take between 2-8 business days to arrive once shipped. You will receive a shipping confirmation and tracking number once your piece is shipped.

Collectors local to Houston and suburbs will receive FREE local delivery. If you would like to pick up your order, please contact us at hello@tutuandmomstudio.com

International Orders:

Pieces ordered internationally will be shipped using the best shipping rate available at the time of shipping. The rate will be calculated at the time of checkout for originals and prints, and commissioned pieces will include an estimated shipping cost in the commission quote.

International orders may take between 3 to 21 days, but you will receive an estimated delivery date when your order is shipped, in addition to a shipping confirmation and tracking number.
