The Process

 Initial inquiry: 

Send a commission inquiry by an email through the button or filling out the contact form below. You will then receive available commission dates to choose from. Current wait time is approximately 3-4 weeks.

Quote: 

You will receive a quote that includes an estimated shipping cost.

Deposit: 

After approving the quote, a 30% non-refundable deposit is required to confirm the request.

Design confirmation: 

Colors and design will be finalized in this step. Note: overall design change after quote approval may alter the remaining balance. For example, if you paid your deposit based on a quote for an abstract piece but later changed to a landscape design, then a new quote will be required.

 Initial approval: 

Photos and video will be provided to you to approve the piece, during which stage you may request minor changes. 

Final approval & balance due: 

After all changes are completed and approved, you will receive an invoice for the final balance. Balance must be settled within 5 (five) days of approval.

Shipping: 

The artwork will be carefully prepped and delivered via the shipping method per the terms of the invoice.
