A dry cloth or soft brush to clean very lightly over your pieces will keep your artwork in top condition. Be sure not use any cleaning products.

Yes! We ship to select international locations and shipping rates are calculated at checkout to give you the best option available based on your location.

Orders in the USA can take between 2-8 business days to arrive once shipped. International orders may take longer, but you will receive an estimated delivery date when your order is shipped.

Each product type varies:

• Originals are prepped and shipped within 2 days of your order being placed. If a custom frame is ordered, then the order would be shipped within 7-14 business days.
• Prints: rolled prints are shipped within 5 business days, framed and/or canvased prints are shipped within 7-14 days.
• Commissions: varies by requested design. Please allow 3 days for painting to cure after final approval before shipping.

Collectors local to Houston and suburbs will receive FREE local delivery. If you would like to pick up your order, please contact us at hello@tutuandmomstudio.com

As we do not accept returns as a result of a change of mind, we gently encourage you to thoroughly consider the piece before purchasing. We take the utmost care in preparing and shipping your piece, however if it does arrive defective or faulty please contact us within 5 days of delivery at hello@tutuandmomstudio.com for our assistance.
